During the program participants create a proof of concept (PoC) to directly apply the learning to their own business.

Participants prepare the PoC in the EnABLE Digital Coach designed to support the 5 moments of need performance support pyramid.

Program format & time commitment

This program employs an approach to virtual instructor-led training in which you can achieve outcomes that can surpass traditional face-to-face training. The approach called GEAR  - Gather, Expand, Apply, and Review — is a blended method that spreads learning out over time.  This allows you to immediately apply what you learn in the context of your own work.

  • Five live 2.5-hour virtual sessions that introduce you to the 5 Moments of Need design approach.

  • Five live 1.5-hour office hours to support you as you put the 5 Moments of Need design approach into practice.

  • Five live 2-hour virtual review sessions for group feedback.

  • Two live 1.5-hour PoC coaching support

  • Around-the-clock access to an electronic performance support system EnABLE that supports you in the application of the 5 Moments of Need instructional design and performance support approach.

Eleni Iatridis

Eleni Iatridis is a learning and performance consultant of over 25 years. She started as a training consultant in a global change consultancy delivering all manner of training solutions to organizations implementing new systems. For 10 years she was the chief learning officer in a software company. Eleni first encountered the methodology eight years ago, enamored with the approach and its focus on helping people do their jobs better, she achieved her 5 Moments of Need Designer Certificate in 2016. She then embarked on a full scale implementation of the 5 Moments of Need for the company. Today she is a Coach for participants attending the 5 Moments of Need North America program, and she leads the 5 Moments of Need UK program.

Bob Mosher is a senior partner and the Chief Learning Evangelist at APPLY Synergies, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in helping learning organizations design, develop, and measure effective learning and performance support strategies to meet the 5 moments of learning need.  Bob has been an active and influential leader in the learning and training industry for over 35 years and is known worldwide for his pioneering role in new approaches to learning. He has acted as an influential voice in the Learning and Development industry by speaking at conferences and by being an active participant and author within industry associations such as ISPI, ATD, the Masie Consortium, the e-Learning Guild, and CLO Symposium/Magazine. Bob is a co-author of the book: “Innovative Performance Support: Strategies and Practices for Learning in the Workflow.”

Conrad Gottfredson

Dr. Conrad Gottfredson is a senior partner and the Chief Learning Strategist at APPLY Synergies, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in helping learning organizations design, develop, and measure effective learning and performance support strategies to meet the 5 moments of learning need. Con has a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology. His strategic work with organizations is informed by over 30 years of real-world experience. He is a proven leader in helping clients gain and sustain effective performance in the workplace. He has designed, developed, and managed many hundreds of learning and performance solutions addressing the complete scope of delivery systems, strategies, audiences, and settings. These settings have ranged from small to large international corporations, governmental agencies, universities, and religious organizations.
